The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was reasonably spacious and cozy with 2 queen beds, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming around the clock.

The stuff where courteous and understanding, and the free parking was available. Comforts of reasonably spacious and fairly quiet king room with 2 double beds were fabulous. The breakfast had variety of options, including granola, yogurt and fresh fruit...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the front desk people, were very nice and understanding, always trying to help us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were impressed by the availability of recycling bins, something that many big hotels often neglect. The location of this hotel was also a major advantage for us. It was close to everything we needed - just a 10-minute walk from my sister's house, and near a public bus stop. Additionally, we found that the hotel was conveniently situated near shops and a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We were there for 4 days, everything was good, enjoyed its marvellous location not far from shops, Virginia and a bus station. The staff was pleasant and amicable all the time.

I got great value for my money at Budget Inn! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and a fantastic shower. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, near the metro and with well-kept grounds.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be more variety.

stayed in falls church before, but this time budget inn really impressed me. clean rooms, great shower, and good tv options. loved the well-kept grounds and amenities like fridge and microwave. close to a grocery store for convenient meals. no bugs! a/c was a bit cold, but slept well. excellent value for money.

Everything was fantastic.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to various amenities. It is near a bus station, making it easy to travel around the area. Additionally, it is within walking distance to shops and is also close to a metro station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

The condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The carpets were stained and the bathroom tiles were cracked.
